The Play Atelier Nursery School is an early childhood education program offering wraparound childcare for children ages 18 months through 5 years. We are committed to providing a nurturing, responsive environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn. Our curriculum and teaching practices are rooted in our core value of building trusting, meaningful relationships between staff and families. We believe children thrive when caregivers and parents work together as partners. Through open communication and collaboration, we support the unique development, strengths, and needs of each child.

At The Play Atelier, children are honored, seen, and valued exactly as they are. Positive, responsive teacher– child relationships are at the heart of meaningful learning experiences. Our low-ratio classrooms allow teachers to truly know each child, respond thoughtfully to their interests, and provide individualized care and guidance throughout the day. We believe play is the foundation of learning. Our curriculum creates an optimal environment for growth and discovery by speaking the language children know best—play. Our indoor and outdoor classroom ateliers are intentionally designed to nurture the developing minds of young learners. Each space is an invitation to play, encouraging creativity, sparking imagination, and inspiring higher-order thinking while honoring each child’s unique learning style.
